📋 Description

• Analyze technical requests received from the Sales team, identifying requirements and needs for developing solutions applicable to the company’s products. • Prepare flowcharts, calculations, technical specifications, and descriptive reports using specialized tools and software. • Provide technical support to the Sales team during the pre-sales process, contributing to the preparation and customization of commercial proposals. • Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with technical standards, customer requirements, and the company’s product portfolio. • Clarify technical questions from internal teams regarding product application, specification, and performance. • Conduct simulations, comparative studies, and technical analyses to support the selection of the best solutions for each project. • Support project implementation after the sale by providing technical guidance and analyzing any necessary adjustments. • Keep records, reports, technical documentation, and databases related to developed projects up to date. • Monitor updates to technical standards, regulations, and market trends that affect the application of the company’s products. • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure integrated solutions aligned with business needs. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technical materials used by the department. • Comply with applicable health, safety, environmental, quality, and other corporate policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, a technology degree, or a related field providing technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial processes. • Knowledge of applied mechanics and technical product specification. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Knowledge of technical drawing software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. • Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the company’s products and solutions. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
