📋 Description

• Facilitate vision development, solution design, standards guidance, project scoping, IS strategy integration and implementation of efficient, high quality Epic systems • Evaluate technology, systems and application capabilities; analyze workflow and data flow; and create efficient, logical solutions • Plan, schedule, review, and perform analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of assigned technology and application systems • Participate in solution testing and document clear and concise system descriptions meeting project requirements and departmental quality standards • Utilize organizational project management methodology, processes, and systems to ensure effective and efficient project development and completion • Evaluate programming requests and provide completion timetables • Collaborate with FMOLHS Information Services, leaders, team members, and end users to develop efficient, cost-conscious technology and application system specifications • Develop and implement data-driven performance improvement methodologies • Maintain accurate records for evaluating organizational performance • Identify ways to improve current services and consult with management on issues and problems • Ensure security, integrity, and privacy of FMOLHS data in accordance with policies and procedures • Stay current with field trends through relevant seminars, workshops, professional conferences, and professional organizations • Utilize IS project management methodology and best practices to improve individual and organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an Epic Certified analyst and 5 years of IS System Application experience OR 7 years of experience in healthcare, clinical, or business operations • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of experience as licensed health care clinical professional, business operations or information systems • EPIC Certification • Good interpersonal/human relations skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work under occasional pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries • Ability to manage many interruptions • Ability to travel occasionally • Frequent use of hands and fingers • Good visual and hearing acuity • Mostly sedentary work
