📋 Description

• Define, execute, and continuously advance Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes • Align portfolio initiatives with organizational objectives and strategic goals • Establish data-driven decision-making and optimize process efficiency • Establish mechanisms to monitor portfolio health and maximize value realization • Partner across business, technology, finance, and transformation teams • Improve governance effectiveness, strategic alignment, portfolio transparency, and execution outcomes • Execute the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SPM processes • Drive tool adoption and alignment with guiding principles, governance frameworks, and organizational strategy • Architect, document, and deliver process communications, governance updates, executive reporting, controls, and strategic recommendations • Orchestrate collaboration across process owners and interfacing teams • Validate process designs and business requirements for scalability and strategic alignment • Prioritize the technical backlog for portfolio management process enhancements • Coordinate alignment between organizational strategy and operational execution, including budgets, resources, investments, and portfolio outcomes • Define and communicate process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, and KPIs • Oversee portfolio process health and alignment with strategic priorities, roadmaps, governance policies, and quality standards • Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, business cases, governance materials, and decision-support content • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations on portfolio health, performance, value realization, risks, and outcomes • Support governance forums, strategic planning, leadership reviews, and transformation initiatives • Champion business process changes, governance enhancements, and capability investments • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Experience supporting executive leadership teams in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), corporate strategy, business transformation, governance and operating model design, business operations, and organizational effectiveness preferred • Knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes, governance frameworks, organizational strategy, portfolio management, and process improvement • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to work independently • Demonstrated analytical skills • Demonstrated project management skills • High level of accuracy, even under pressure • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion • CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; non-Black Belt certifications will be considered • Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe LPM certification preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
