📋 Description

• Develop and conduct training programs and auditing tools for Superior Health Plan • Coordinate training efforts with various cross-functional areas • Develop and administer a universal training curriculum • Employ technologies and enhance training development programs • Conduct training sessions covering processes specific to various health plan departments • Develop teaching aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works • Evaluate training program effectiveness, including cost and benefit analyses, and communicate results to management • Audit team results, identify training gaps, and implement improvements • Review and recommend updates to policies and procedures • Travel statewide as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within Texas to be considered • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of training and auditing experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment • Knowledge and experience with creating eLearnings on platforms including Articulate and Camtasia • Knowledge and experience with curriculum development • Ability to travel • Valid driver's license
