• leading day-to-day social listening, monitoring, and intelligence efforts • supporting the operational backbone of social media platforms and related tools • detecting and assessing reputational risk across digital channels • producing recurring and ad hoc intelligence reports, dashboards, and executive briefs • delivering training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement for social listening tools
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required • 3+ years experience in social listening, social media operations, digital intelligence, media monitoring, or a related field • Hands-on experience with social listening, media intelligence platforms such as Meltwater, Emplifi, or comparable tools
