📋 Description

• Supervise the development and automation of capacity and scenario planning models • Set day-to-day operational objectives for the workforce management team • Oversee all activities within the workforce management function for the back office utilization department • Drive innovation, planning, and implementation of contact center efficiencies • Allocate staffing based on analysis of schedules and work volume • Create and maintain workforce monitoring schedules and make staffing adjustments to cover business operations • Monitor work performance and analyze results • Update status reporting tools and track contact center performance measures • Work with senior leadership to maintain the workforce management database and key metrics • Evaluate employees’ job performance and provide feedback on performance, goals, and career planning • Provide training, coach, and monitor direct reports • Develop and provide training on new and revised policies, procedures, and business requirements • Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training employees within the workforce management department • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience • Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position may be accepted • Knowledge of policies and procedures within the workforce department • Ability to analyze schedules, work volume, staffing, performance, and contact center metrics • Ability to provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring • Ability to assist with onboarding, hiring, and training new employees, recent promotes, and transfers
