• Support the Community Lending Specialist by maintaining accurate documentation and organized records. • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets showing mortgage outreach activities and MMCT bank branch marketing. • Prepare documentation files for mortgage outreach activities following procedures. • Review mortgage outreach documentation for accuracy. • Collect supporting documentation from mortgage employees. • Review outreach submissions for completion and accuracy. • Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. • Perform any other related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of a specialized field such as basic accounting, computer, etc. • Equivalent of four years in high school, plus specialized training equal to two years of college. • 0 - 6 months related experience and/or training. • 1 - 6 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
