📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID) and applicable state, federal, and government regulations • Prepare and complete Initial Disclosure Packages and Initial Loan Estimates • Maintain consumers’ confidential personal and financial information • Ensure proper loan setup in the Loan Operating System (LOS) • Research and input tax and insurance information for accurate disclosures • Send disclosure packages via E-Disclosures or notify Mortgage Loan Originators when packages are ready for mail or in-person delivery • Monitor, identify, and validate Change of Circumstance documents • Redisclose Loan Estimates and Change of Circumstances within three days of revisions when needed • Review fee changes according to TRID Change of Circumstance guidelines • Perform compliance reviews of each file before submission to Operations • Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Originators and Processors to obtain updated documentation and fees • Ensure disclosure creation and reviews follow Centennial Bank policies and procedures • Answer team members’ questions and provide assistance • Assist supervisors with reviewing, documenting, and updating processes for efficiency • Help distribute files evenly and ensure timely completion • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Specialized-field knowledge, such as basic accounting and computer skills • Four years of high school plus specialized training equivalent to two years of college, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4 years of related experience and/or training • 7 to 11 months of related management experience • Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company-related articles and professional journals • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and compute rates, ratios, and percentages • Ability to prepare and interpret bar graphs • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization • Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram-based instructions • Mastery of word processing/typing • Intermediate presentation/PowerPoint and spreadsheet skills • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
