• Manage and oversee scheduling and placement of students for clinical rotations within assigned regions across PT, OT, and SLP • Finalize clinical experience details, including rotation information, contracts, compliance documents, and student information • Partner with Directors of Clinical Education at colleges and universities to facilitate student clinical rotations at Ivy Rehab clinics • Serve as liaison between universities, students, and internal Ivy teammates, including clinical directors, clinical instructors/fieldwork educators, recruiting, and operations • Track and manage student placement assignments across Exxat, Smartsheet, and Workday • Manage student programming administration, including student clinic identification and specialties, CI/FWE list management, student information tracking, and post-affiliation outcomes • Address student placement issues and provide ongoing support to students, clinical instructors, and university contacts • Plan, promote, and attend student recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events • Assist external vendors with event-planning administration • Support strategic development plans for Student Placements and University Relations • Execute projects independently and collaboratively • Support student conversion efforts with Talent Acquisition and Operations • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, university relations, or student program management, preferably in a healthcare setting • Ability to work independently and be self-driven • Ability to travel as needed for university events and conferences; less than 10% travel expected • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with project management software is a plus • Knowledge of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology education and clinical rotations is preferred but not required • Interest in working with universities and students • Detail-oriented, resourceful, responsive, and able to function in a fast-paced environment • Ability and willingness to adapt to change
