📋 Description

• Scrub orders, gather technical information, and submit prepared order packages with signed contracts, order information gathering forms, and LOAs to suppliers for new and MACD orders • Process new and MACD orders using supplier systems • Enter internal Telarus orders as needed • Transition submitted orders to the order management team • Communicate with agents, customers, and internal Telarus teams during order processing • Address order entry issues with suppliers and internally • Work efficiently within Telarus and supplier systems and collaborate on system and supplier process efficiencies • Provide team coverage as necessary • Stay current on supplier processes, products, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and willingness to follow established processes • Ability to understand where the process is not working and take necessary action to resolve concerns • 2-3 Years of telecom experience, including traditional telecommunications and advanced solutions • Microsoft application knowledge – Excel, Word, Outlook • General computer navigation and configuration knowledge • General Salesforce knowledge • Strong written and verbal skills • Ability to identify and facilitate process improvement and innovation opportunities • Previous AT&T experience preferred • Resourceful • Problem solving • Detail-oriented • Ambitious • Efficient • Organized
