📋 Description

• Provide clinical oversight for staff handling incoming chat/text messages through 988 Suicide Prevention and Crisis • Provide quality assurance through chat/text audits and silent monitoring of Crisis Specialist staff • Provide performance-based supervision to a team of Crisis Specialists • Review application of clinical and training skills, provide coaching, identify improvement areas, and recommend remediation • Facilitate bi-weekly staff meetings, staff trainings, and staff development functions • Assist with orientation and delivery of clinical training content aligned with clinical best practices and program policies • Coordinate with supervisory staff to develop individualized remediation plans as needed • Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in mental health or related field • Five years of experience in mental health, mental health trauma, or crisis management and suicide prevention preferred • One year of crisis and suicide prevention management required • Licensed Mental Health Professional required • Effective written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication • Excellent management and supervisory skills • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Ability to solve complex issues and make effective decisions • Ability to work on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis and suicide prevention-focused team • Standing 20% and sitting 80%; occasional squatting, driving, kneeling, lifting, and bending
