📋 Description

• Lead engineers integrating current and future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams • Own 14 broad technology platforms during subsidiary integration • Design and develop IT infrastructure architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture direction and standards • Perform technical planning and architecture development or modification of specifications • Develop specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings • Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure an integrated architecture • Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems • Potentially lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates • Marry strategy to tactics through associates and multiple teams of contractors • Support infrastructure integration for Home Health, OneHome, Conviva, TrueShore, and future acquisitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of infrastructure and public cloud experience • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • 2 or more years of management experience • Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies • Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
