📋 Description

• Fill and count medications in Failed Claims • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing • Coordinate with the inventory supply team • Work remotely and report to a leader in the Failed Claims department • Interpret department policies and methods for completing assignments • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and schedule assignments with minimal direction • Follow standard policies while exercising independent discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in Arizona, Ohio, Texas or Florida • Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside • National Certification, PTCB or ExCPT • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously • Failed Claim experience preferred as a standout qualification • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
