📋 Description

• Build strategies for clinical community development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes • Provide functional guidance to professional associates • Design, implement and support enterprise clinical strategy • Drive initiatives increasing clinician capacity and enhancing clinician recruitment, development and retention • Support clinician licensure compliance and continuing education • Use data-based insights to direct clinical process improvement • Develop and drive overall enterprise strategy • Provide recommendations to senior executives • Resolve critical enterprise-wide issues and broad design matters

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced, in-depth and broad knowledge in the relevant clinical strategy and practice field • Key technical expertise and technical/process leadership experience • Experience developing and implementing enterprise clinical strategies • Experience with clinician recruitment, development, retention, licensure compliance and continuing education • Experience using data-based insights for process improvement • Ability to provide recommendations to senior executives • Ability to make decisions on complex to highly complex enterprise-wide issues • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
