📋 Description

• Build strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices, and processes for the enterprise clinical community • Implement and support initiatives to increase enterprise clinician capacity • Enhance clinician recruitment, development, and retention • Support clinician licensure compliance and continuing education • Use data-based insight to direct process improvement within the clinical community • Advise executives on functional strategies and significant matters • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work effectively from home with dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and exercise judgment on complex issues • Skills in clinical strategy, clinician recruitment, development, retention, licensure compliance, continuing education, data-based process improvement, and executive advising
