âą Complete regular chart reviews âą Coordinate monthly meetings âą Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care âą Collaborate with clinical leaders on quality of care, outcome data, procedures, and records issues âą Support virtual wraparound services for patients who cannot see their own PCP âą Report to the Associate Director
đŻ Requirements
âą Current and unrestricted medical license in one or more of: LA, NC, MS, KY, MO, IN âą If supervising in LA, MS, or IN, must reside in that state âą Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university âą Board certification or Board eligibility âą 2+ years of telemedicine/telehealth experience âą 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician âą Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information âą Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
