📋 Description

• Provide clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in California • Conduct monthly 1:1 check-ins • Review medical records as required by state regulations and company policies • Ensure compliance with evidence-based clinical guidelines and telemedicine protocols • Participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives • Ensure clinical activities comply with state and federal telemedicine regulations • Adapt to changing business requirements and perform other responsibilities as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience • Prior experience in a supervisory or collaborative role preferred • Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) system • Must be located in the state of Indiana
