📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to FOLX members through a telehealth platform • Provide trans/nonbinary gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health care • Conduct synchronous clinical visits through audio/visual format • Perform asynchronous clinical care, including lab reviewing and resulting and answering members’ asynchronous clinical questions • Prioritize clinical care of patients • Participate in case study discussions and clinical training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO degree • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program • Licensed and residing in Missouri • Active Missouri DEA license • Active Missouri Controlled Substance Registration • Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community • Organizational and time management skills allowing timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment • Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to learn new apps and programs • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms
