📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across M&A, organic expansion, and new business lines • Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions, including alignment of operations, processes, and systems • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines • Ensure initiatives deliver on expected financial, operational, and strategic outcomes • Independently manage complex, high-visibility projects from initial thesis through implementation • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges; proactively implement mitigation strategies • Hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliverables and timelines • Anticipate downstream challenges and define next steps without direction • Develop leadership-ready materials and synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, facilitate decisions, and navigate competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 or more years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A, or similar roles) • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, including execution and/or integration efforts • Proven ability to independently drive workstreams and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong executive communication skills, including development of leadership-ready presentations • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities
