📋 Description

• Develop strategic direction for complex, cross-functional CenterWell Home Health priorities • Provide operational support for clinician productivity and workforce strategy • Develop strategy roadmaps and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes • Analyze current operations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with field stakeholders and senior leadership • Lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, build alignment, and implement strategic initiatives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery and measurable impact • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision-making • Partner with the Analytics team • Develop tool and dashboard strategies for ongoing performance tracking and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline • Independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in strategy, business operations, or workforce planning • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software • Able to author and present materials for Management Team / CEO-level audiences with limited guidance • Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, data teams, and operations • Familiarity with change management principles and tools • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives both independently and in team environments • Detail oriented and organized, with strong execution discipline • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Tech-savvy and intellectually curious • Passion for improving home healthcare outcomes and experience • Home internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
