📋 Description

• Accurately dispense prescribed medication to patients • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards • Maintain accurate tracking techniques and complete the review process before shipping medications • Partner to influence department strategy • Work independently using shared resources • Communicate effectively with the team to collaborate and solve problems • Maintain accuracy in a highly productive work environment • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude • Work the assigned schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST Saturday • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy • Active Pharmacist license in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas without disciplinary action • Minimum three years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a high-volume retail, community, or traditional mail order pharmacy practice environment • Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs • Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties such as home internet/modem issues • PharmD preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; language assessment required • Must reside and work in Florida, Arizona, Texas, or Ohio • Internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
