📋 Description

• Design and implement initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery • Identify strategic improvement opportunities and establish operational priorities • Develop standardized processes and practices supporting clinical operational effectiveness • Align operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Advise executives on significant functional strategies, often segment-specific • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues • Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action • Work under minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of technical experience • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
