📋 Description

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation, coordination, and handling of Specialty REMS medications • Contact physicians to clarify prescription orders • Enter prescriptions into the system as appropriate • Support pharmacists and patients by ensuring compliance with REMS operational processes • Maintain effective communication with patients, providers, and leadership • Prioritize requests, interpret procedures, and adapt processes to operational needs • Perform advanced administrative, operational, and customer support functions with minimal supervision • Apply intermediate mathematical skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment

🎯 Requirements

• Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas, as required by state law • National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT • Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, including strong data entry • Basic working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook • Ability to learn and use platforms such as SharePoint and Teams • Ability to resolve simple technical issues • Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas to work remotely • Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Wired cable connection is mandatory • Dedicated workspace separate from high traffic areas to protect confidential and HIPAA/PHI information • Ability to manage dependent care and personal responsibilities while meeting position responsibilities
