📋 Description

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Contact physicians for prescription clarification • Enter prescription orders into the system • Support Pharmacists and patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx operational processes and programs • Communicate effectively with patients and providers • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and schedule assignments with minimal direction • Follow standard policies and practices while exercising independent discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state • Certified Pharmacy Technician • Minimum download internet speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum upload internet speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL internet connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
