📋 Description

• Make decisions related to schedules, plans, and daily operations • Perform escalated or more complex pharmacy technician work • Supervise a group of support and technical associates • Coordinate and provide daily oversight to associates • Ensure consistency in execution across the team • Hold team members accountable for established policies and phone, queue, and quality metrics • Collaborate with management and professionals/specialists on methods, techniques, and analytical approaches • Attend occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician in your current state of residence (AZ, FL, OH & TX) • 2+ years of related experience as a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician • 1-2+ years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel • Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
