📋 Description

• Continually identify, develop, and maintain customer financing objectives • Advise customers on product and pricing policies and guidelines • Gather additional required customer information • Maintain thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Collect and analyze customer financial information and assess qualification for loan products • Advise borrowers on risks, benefits, options, and variables of loan alternatives • Discuss available loan products according to individual circumstances • Obtain pertinent documentation to ensure loan approval • Communicate with customers, sales associates, processing, underwriting, closing, title company, and builder • Lock the rate • Manage personal production and ensure timely, appropriate closings • Meet or exceed company standards • Provide professional customer service • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High production builder experience preferred • Bilingual Spanish preferred • Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA loan types • First-time home-buyer experience is a plus • Proficient with loan origination systems; Encompass is a plus • Proficient with AUS (LP, DU) • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, professional business relationships • Ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision • Must be available to travel interstate when needed • Independent, reliable, detailed, focused, and organized • Exceptional customer service skills • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required • 3+ years of experience originating loans; builder experience preferred • Must be NMLS licensed in the state of residence • Position requires a Florida Real Estate License • Must be available to work remotely in Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina
