📋 Description

• Support Pennsylvania caseload • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses • Conducting status update calls with clients • Assist in trial preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience in personal injury • Litigation experience in at least one additional state: Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses • Calendaring litigation timelines • Conducting status update calls with clients • Client update calls • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests • Assist in trial preparation • Verified litigation experience in Pennsylvania plus additional states • Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred
