📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the product. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements clarity, solution alignment, and testing readiness. • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. • Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. • Provide product demonstrations to business stakeholders. • Manage and mentor a team of 2–5 Business Analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 6–8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or product digital delivery. • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role. • Experience working with Duck Creek, Guidewire or other similar Policy Administration platforms. • Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and systems. • Proven experience in business analysis, product ownership, or delivery leadership. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
