📋 Description

• Turn strategy into a prioritized backlog of features and user stories • Provide clear systems-analysis insight and deliver high-value product increments • Own story refinement, backlog management, sprint readiness, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and outcome-focused prioritization • Lead sprint and PI planning within the SDLC • Validate stories and drive delivery through deployment • Make delivery, acceptance, sign-off, and approval decisions, including final approval of team functionality • Apply Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks • Facilitate daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives • Collaborate with RTE, business leaders, architecture, and engineering on program-level delivery • Maintain documentation and reinforce processes • Manage intake, prioritization, refinement, release readiness, UAT, and production deployment approval • Ensure alignment among agile delivery, UX, QA, Compliance, and Engineering • Resolve conflicts, dependencies, and delivery risks with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders to define problems, validate feasibility, and establish outcomes • Deliver prioritized backlogs, defect management, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, UAT plans, and final approvals • Drive continuous improvement through post-mortems • Convert business needs into technically feasible requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution • 3+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis • Understanding of backlog management, agile delivery, program increment planning, and cross-team coordination • Insurance industry experience required • Stop-Loss experience strongly preferred • SAFe or Scrum certifications are a plus • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of product ownership best practices • Exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, drive results, and prioritize tasks • Effective technical writing skills
