📋 Description

• Own the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners • Ensure each partnership delivers a high-quality integration that developers use and that continuously improves • Talk regularly with developers using the integrations and identify real-world breakdowns • Build product roadmaps from developer feedback rather than Partner wishlists • Decide the appropriate integration model, including ownership, joint development, and open or Partner-agnostic components • Work hands-on with Partner product and engineering counterparts to ship integrations • Participate in architecture reviews and code-level design discussions • Translate strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations • Define integration quality standards and build documentation, tooling, guardrails, and versioning mechanisms • Define and measure integration success through developer adoption, integration quality, and real-world reliability • Use performance signals to determine Partner investment and future integration direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or experience as an ex-founder with strong product instincts • Technical ability to read architecture documents, follow design discussions, and ask informed questions • Experience shipping integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against • Experience owning APIs, authentication or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end • Ability to reason about authentication, data exchange, openness, strictness, and trust between independent systems • Bias toward speed and iterative shipping while maintaining security • Hands-on use of Supabase surfaces, including authentication flows, Data API, database deployment, and product integrations • Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesizing feedback • Ability to work asynchronously by default • Applicants must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to travel, as indicated by the required application question
