📋 Description

• Support execution of transition engagements through data gathering, research, and coordination of activities • Assist in documenting finance processes, workflows, and operational procedures across key finance areas • Develop and maintain transition deliverables including process documentation, close calendars, and reporting materials • Support preparation of transition plans, status updates, and project documentation • Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and workshops to gather information and document requirements • Track progress against milestones and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior team members • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth transition into steady-state delivery • Contribute to development and refinement of transition tools, templates, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in client service, consulting, finance, or related fields • Foundational understanding of finance operations and processes • Strong analytical and communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
