📋 Description

• Monitor the Payroll Corrections Queue • Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud • Audit, troubleshoot, and research corrections • Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments • Provide support for clients and internal teams • Process voids/adjustments and create YTD entries when necessary • Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing • Manage the collection/refund of tax corrections • Manage all Third Party Sick Pay • Maintain oversight of the payroll corrections process

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll-related experience • Attention to detail • Self-motivated • Ability to prioritize duties • Time management • Positive attitude • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Strong problem-solving mindset • Strong payroll tax knowledge • Knowledge of payroll tax return filing requirements • Familiarity with Third Party Access rules • Must pass a background check • Must pass a credit check
