• Enhance partner operations, ensuring partner managers and sales teams maximize revenue. • Concentrate on optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness with strategic consultation, project management, and tactical support. • Spearhead multiple strategic initiatives in collaboration with GTM leaders across departments. • Address tactical needs to ensure seamless integration and support for partner strategies. • Work with established Sales Operations team for optimal results. • Partner with team members to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives. • Diagnose sales system inefficiencies and deliver solutions to enhance partnership motion. • Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption. • Simplify processes through automation and implement new tools. • Provide front-line support to partner teams by responding to sales support tickets and requests. • Manage sales tech stack including implementation and optimization.
• 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners. • A strong inclination to seek out and utilize data to inform decisions, rather than relying on intuition. • Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to completion. • Demonstrated focus on achieving outcomes, recognizing that daily tasks are steps toward reaching goals. • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and motivate change without direct authority. • Prioritizes work around true impact, with a willingness to challenge stakeholders to consider whether actions should be taken (rather than just executing orders). • Prior experience working within Salesforce or another CRM like Hubspot. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to see complex initiatives through from start to finish while prioritizing effectively. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
