📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Chainalysis Services engagements from discovery through implementation, education, and ongoing monitoring • Partner with financial institution customers to understand AML/CFT compliance and market expansion objectives • Translate customer objectives into data-driven monitoring solutions • Design, build, and maintain custom compliance workflows, notebooks, and dashboards • Help private sector customers identify and mitigate exposure to illicit activity • Serve as the primary technical contact for Americas-based private sector customers • Build trusted customer relationships through hands-on data expertise and industry knowledge • Lead solution design discussions and technical deep dives integrating Chainalysis data into bank infrastructure and compliance stacks • Deliver briefings and presentations to technical data teams and non-technical compliance leadership • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams to influence the roadmap • Support and mentor Services team members by sharing regulatory and competitive landscape best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing delivery of data or analytics solutions within the private sector • Experience building insights from complex financial datasets and communicating risk-based findings to audit/compliance stakeholders • Experience working directly with customers in AML, KYC, financial crime, or regulatory compliance domains within the Americas region • Experience navigating compliance requirements of traditional financial institutions or high-growth FinTechs • Experience operating across different regulatory jurisdictions and customer risk appetites • Cryptocurrency compliance workflow experience ideally including alert tuning, SAR filing, or sanctions screening • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience building notebooks and dashboards visualizing risk metrics and transaction patterns • Understanding of data modeling and large-scale financial transaction data • Ability to develop expertise in Chainalysis data structures and map them to traditional banking KYT needs • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions • Must indicate whether future sponsorship is required • Must work within a U.S. time zone (PST, MST, CST, or EST)
