📋 Description

• Support recurring daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for leadership • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Retool and BI tools • Track leading indicators, SLA pacing, and operational performance across payer programs • Pull, validate, and QA operational data before publication • Support clinical performance reporting on medication adherence, post-discharge visit completion, care gaps, and HEDIS and Stars quality measures • Investigate missed targets, unexpected trends, data discrepancies, and reporting issues to identify root causes • Build, maintain, and QA workflows, lists, and properties for Care Operations reporting and program operations • Maintain clean, consistent, reporting-ready data • Support new reporting requirements and operationalize program changes as contracts and programs evolve • Take on emerging analytical and operational tasks, such as launching dashboards or supporting program launches with data • Independently maintain recurring reports and dashboards and own at least one dashboard or scorecard end to end • Surface data-quality or process findings and propose fixes to improve reporting reliability • Report to and work directly with the Associate Director, Performance & Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 1 year externship or work experience • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning • Basic SQL knowledge or ability to learn quickly • Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable working with imperfect data and transforming it into clean, reliable datasets • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, data, or operations preferred; internships, co-ops, and relevant academic projects count • Healthcare experience preferred; value-based care experience is a plus • Master's degree in a related field preferred • Exposure to Python for data work is a plus
