📋 Description

• Run consistent daily outreach using pre-sourced leads and pre-drafted messages, personalizing where it counts • Send and personalize messages to local voices on TikTok and other social platforms • Answer questions and build real relationships with potential endorsers • Guide creators toward publishing candidate endorsements on Change.vote • Convert conversations into published endorsements across covered California and Florida races • Keep clean records of every outreach touch, response, and outcome • Flag creators with larger followings as potential paid partnership prospects and hand them off to the marketing team • Complete two weeks of paid onboarding and maintain daily outreach volume through Election Day on November 3, 2026 • Report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and contribute to the Change.vote Elections team

🎯 Requirements

• No specific background or credential is required • Warm, natural written communication in a casual social voice • Reliability and follow-through with consistent daily volume without close supervision • Empathy and strong people instincts • Organization and accurate outreach and response tracking • Nonpartisan judgment and comfort engaging across the political spectrum • Foundational AI experience; comfortable working with AI-drafted scripts and AI-assisted tools • Fluency with TikTok • Experience in community management, social media, customer outreach, field organizing, or relational texting is a plus • Comfort on platforms such as X and Instagram is a plus • Bilingual English and Spanish is nice to have • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship question is included in the application
