📋 Description

• Deliver engaging Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform training virtually and in person • Conduct end-to-end training programmes aligned with participant needs • Train users on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Loop, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio • Demonstrate how Microsoft 365 and Power Platform enable communication, collaboration, automation and productivity • Adapt training styles and delivery methods for different audiences and organisational requirements • Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, workshops and learning pathways • Build scalable, catalogue-ready content for multiple client engagements • Collaborate with consultants, change managers and client stakeholders to tailor learning experiences • Embed governance, security, compliance and Responsible AI practices into training programmes • Keep training content current with Microsoft AI, Copilot and Power Platform developments • Demonstrate practical use cases and business scenarios to drive user adoption • Provide post-training support and respond to user queries and adoption challenges • Gather feedback and learning insights to improve training experiences • Identify skills gaps and recommend learning pathways • Support Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform adoption and change programmes • Promote governance, data security and Responsible AI best practices • Ensure users feel confident and supported throughout adoption journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot or Power Platform training in a client-facing environment • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and the wider Microsoft ecosystem • Experience creating engaging training content and learning materials • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience supporting user adoption and organisational change initiatives • Ability to identify training needs and create targeted learning plans addressing skills gaps and business objectives • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio desirable • Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Copilot and/or Power Platform desirable • Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment desirable • Understanding of governance, compliance, data security and Responsible AI principles desirable • Experience designing scalable learning programmes and adoption strategies desirable • Passion for helping people embrace technology and new ways of working • Ability to engage, inspire and build confidence • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences • Curiosity about emerging AI and Microsoft technologies • Ability to take ownership and improve learning outcomes • Ability to build trusted stakeholder, colleague and customer relationships • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consultancy environment
