• Enhance ITGCs and automate processes for an efficient and mature Governance, Risk and Compliance program • Maintain compliance with SOX, FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 as required • Build and advance ChargePoint’s GRC program through innovation and streamlined compliance efforts • Introduce capabilities that enhance the GRC program and align risk strategies with business priorities • Collaborate on operationalizing a common control framework for multiple compliance needs • Incorporate AI and automation into internal processes, policies, and programs • Provide leadership for access management, change management, operational procedures, and department-specific processes • Work with business stakeholders and internal and external auditors on ITGC SOX, FedRAMP, and PCI activities • Partner with control owners and operators to validate ITGC control execution and audit readiness • Build reporting for monthly and quarterly GRC and security project status reporting to senior management • Report to the Senior Manager, Security Risk and Compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience • 8+ years of internal controls and risk management experience, including ITGC SOX, SOC 1/2/3, or IT Internal Audit activities and programs • Good knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and commonalities across frameworks and standards • Solution-oriented mindset and risk-based approach to identifying, evaluating and addressing critical compliance risks, operational technology risks, and relevant business and governance processes • Experience working with and managing internal and external auditors • Familiarity with SaaS-based applications such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and GitHub • Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud from an IT controls perspective • Ability to understand in-house developed systems and CI/CD development processes • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Legal, Auditors, Product, and Finance • Excellent organizational skills
