📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders • Lead strategic planning and execution of curriculum-development initiatives • Manage multiple concurrent course-development schedules, milestones, resources, and priorities • Direct and coordinate instructional designers, technical writers, graphic designers, accessibility/QA personnel, and corrections subject matter experts • Identify project risks, schedule delays, resource issues, and mitigation actions • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, status information, and monthly progress reports • Brief course milestones and overall program status to Government stakeholders • Maintain quality, schedule, and performance discipline throughout the development lifecycle • Lead a federal curriculum modernization, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revision program supporting the Federal Bureau of Prisons and National Institute of Corrections

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible for or active Secret security clearance • Bachelor’s degree • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience managing teams of at least 5 personnel • Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams • Excellent written and oral communication skills
