📋 Description

• Write risk management documents • Scientifically lead and manage risk management projects, epidemiologic studies, and/or registries • Participate in epidemiology, registry, and risk management-related projects • Contribute to the preparation, design, and writing of REMS, KAB protocols and surveys, reports, abstracts, and other risk management documents • Collaborate with physicians and epidemiologists • Participate in internal and client project teams and meetings • Develop observational program protocols • Coordinate project activities and track projects, timelines, tasks, and deliverables • Coordinate with clients and serve as the point of contact • Provide input to Contracts Management for scope-of-work and budget revisions • Communicate project deliverable/milestone completion to Finance for invoicing tracking and follow-up • Develop project timelines, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting minutes • Support proposal development, including service descriptions and budgets • Attend client, bid defense, and relevant industry meetings • Present at industry meetings when appropriate • Collaborate with Statistics, Business Development, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Patient and Physician Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, and/or public health or equivalent • Experience in protocol writing, study design and operations is helpful • Familiarity with clinical trials, drug development, and medical and scientific terminology is helpful • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and function well in a small team environment • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Strong computer skills, including word processing and proficiency with tables and figures • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quality-driven • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn about different health-related and research areas • Ability to work after business hours and on weekends as necessary to meet critical deadlines
