• Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes open communication, respect, and mutual support. • Ensure care coaches are meeting performance metrics and delivering high-quality, client-centered care. • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to provide ongoing feedback and support. • Support the continuous improvement of programs by reviewing care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify areas for growth. • Assist in the onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a Crisis position as a Supervisor • Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays • Prior management experience • Experience in a KPI driven environment • Clinical background or licensure a plus
