📋 Description

• Meet with clients upon admission and build rapport • Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults • Present programming information to help clients access care • Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care • Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria • Document client information in the electronic medical record according to regulatory standards • Assign treatment team members and group schedules and inform staff of new admissions • Coordinate intake with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams • Collaborate with referral sources including hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers • Cover required morning, afternoon, evening, and potentially weekend shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Independent licensure in a mental health field required • Independent license preferred; associate-level clinicians may be considered if eager to grow and work toward full licensure • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred • Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred • Work authorized in the United States • Native or bilingual English proficiency • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Access to reliable technology resources for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care • Must be available for 11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT shifts; weekends encouraged • Must complete state background checks for clearance to see clients
