📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Enhance behavioral health programming and provide high-quality mental health and substance use care • Conduct services in a virtual setting • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with clinicians • Build strong client relationships and provide in-depth group work • Maintain predictable schedules and steady caseloads • Work with the Admissions & Assessment team and operational, HR, and IT support

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Missouri • Accepted licenses: LCSW/LAMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, CIT/PLPC, MFT • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus) • Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs; required for full-time roles • Part-time availability of at least 12 hours/week or full-time availability of 40 hours/week • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
