📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting • Enhance Charlie Health’s mental health and substance use programming • Provide high-quality mental health care • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Build strong client relationships and conduct in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads • Work part-time or full-time on a W-2 basis • Work a minimum of 12 hours per week part-time or 40 hours per week full-time • Provide evening availability for full-time client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in New York • Accepted licenses: Pre-Licensed Social Workers, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines welcome • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred • Availability between 12–40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2 • Full-time evening availability required • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience • MI certification is a plus • Experience with teens and young adults • Passion and skill in group services • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video • Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox • Familiarity with EMR and outcomes software
