📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Enhance Charlie Health’s mental health and substance use programming • Provide high-quality mental health care in a virtual setting • Conduct group services and build strong client relationships, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Deliver in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Maintain availability according to part-time or full-time scheduling needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in North Carolina • Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines welcome • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Experienced with teens and young adults • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR • MI certification is a plus • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs; evening availability required for full-time roles • Part-time availability of at least 12 hours per week • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week • Familiarity with cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox • Familiarity with EMR and outcomes software • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
