📋 Description

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum • Review assigned curriculum and facilitate groups across various age groups and cohorts • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging camera-on participation • Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership • Monitor and complete client documentation within 24 hours, meeting State and The Joint Commission standards • Maintain professional and prompt communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff • Work alongside the therapy team to deliver psychoeducation and facilitate skill-building sessions for clients with complex behavioral and emotional challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) • Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in the state of Oregon • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) • Experience in intensive treatment settings • Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64 • Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Strong belief in group-based treatment • Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries • Availability for the stated Monday-Thursday or Friday-Saturday group schedules, with schedules in PST
