📋 Description

• Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the project team • Oversee team analyses and deliverables • Manage projects, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues across levels and lines of business • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients • Create sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action • Coach and mentor junior staff through an apprenticeship-based development model • Support firm growth through talent initiatives, solution development, thought leadership, and other contributions • Collaborate on 6–9 month financial performance improvement engagements with colleagues across Clinical, Digital & Technology, and Strategic Transformation lines of business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience working with healthcare providers on financial and operational performance improvement and/or post-merger integration operational initiatives • 3+ years managing others • Experience leading comprehensive financial and operational improvement engagements or leading work teams within an overall engagement • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong people leadership and team-management capabilities • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint • Strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to challenge the status quo, develop new solutions, and support methodology advancement • Passion for improving healthcare delivery • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) • Legally authorized to work in the United States
