📋 Description

• Work generally on a single client engagement under the direction of and in close collaboration with Engagement Managers and Partners • Plan and manage distinct segments of consulting work • Define analytic approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems • Identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action • Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources for quantitative analyses • Provide insight into hypotheses and contribute to understanding client problems and potential solutions • Create multi-issue client communications • Present analytic findings and recommendations and answer client questions with minimal support • Apply healthcare knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant client implications • Engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, achieve meaningful results, and build ongoing relationships • Help create an energizing team environment • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development • Collaborate in project teams typically consisting of 3–4 members on engagements often lasting 3–6 months

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare consulting experience is required • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA etc.) • Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise clients professionally and positively • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Flexibility to travel as required • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must disclose whether employment visa sponsorship is required
