📋 Description

• Work on consulting engagements, generally under the direction of and in close collaboration with Engagement Managers and Partners • Plan and manage distinct segments of work • Define analytic approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems • Identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action • Gather and refine complex datasets and data sources for robust quantitative analyses • Provide insight into hypotheses and contribute to understanding client problems and potential solutions • Create multi-issue client communications • Present analytic findings and recommendations and field client questions with minimal support • Apply healthcare payer knowledge, trends, and experience to identify relevant client implications • Engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, achieve meaningful results, and build ongoing relationships • Help create an energizing team environment • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience required; healthcare experience preferred • Strong project management skills and experience working on multiple work streams • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis skills • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to develop solutions addressing client needs • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Ability to advise clients professionally and positively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Flexibility to travel as required • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Boston, or Washington, D.C. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Tableau experience is a plus
