📋 Description

• Work on consulting engagements under the direction of and in close collaboration with Engagement Managers and Partners • Plan and manage distinct segments of work • Define analytic approaches and integrate multiple analyses • Develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities • Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources • Provide insights into hypotheses and contribute to understanding client problems and potential solutions • Create client communications and present analytic findings and recommendations • Field client questions with minimal support • Apply healthcare knowledge, trends, and experience to identify relevant client implications • Engage client leaders to facilitate organized teams and achieve meaningful results • Build ongoing client relationships • Contribute to an energizing team environment, knowledge sharing, and team development • Participate in engagements typically lasting 3–6 months with project teams of 3–4 members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare consulting experience required • Advanced degree preferred, such as MHA, MPH, or MBA • Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis skills • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to develop solutions addressing client needs • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Ability to advise clients professionally and positively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Tableau experience is a plus • Flexibility to travel as required • Legally authorized to work in the United States
